Methods of Payment
Paypal and Major Credit Cards are accepted. If you have Paypal account, it's easier and faster so you don't have to enter anymore informations needed.
Sales Tax
We collect 8% sales tax for items shipped to Arkansas.
Prices
Please note that our prices are subject to change. And we do not guarantee sales prices if you return to make purchase at a later date.
Shipping Address
Your confirmed Paypal address overrides whatever shipping address you enter. We ship only to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please provide a valid address that can receive packages. No P.O. Boxes please! Items that are undelivered will be processed as returns with restocking fee.If there's any restrictions on your address, provide an alternate for receiving packages.
Shipping Errors
If the item shipped is incorrect, we will reship the item at no charge. And we will issue a credit for the return shipping for the amount initially charged for shipping. There's no restocking fee if its our error.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order, and we will give you refund minus processing fee it's a small amount charge by the Merchant. However if the order is already been processed this will be considered returns with restocking fee of 15% .We incur costs once the order is process. Processing is usually within 24 hours. So please be sure of your orders. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Out of Stock
Occassionally we run out of stock before we can post it on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible. If you need a substitute, let us know and we will provide it for you. Otherwise it will be placed as a backorder status. But you will be given priority if you want to reorder. If not, when you get a confirmation that you are on a backorder status, you may request cancellation and you will get a refund.
Insurance
We are not responsible for packages that's already been shipped. If its damaged or lost, contact your carrier. We have tracking information upon request, but this is not insurance. Puchasing insurance is highly recommended. If you would like your item insured please indicate it on the comment section and we will add it on your purchase, or bill you separately.
Processing Time/Shipment
Standard shipping time is usually 1 to 3 weeks, excluding weekends or holidays. This is just an approximate time. We are not responsible for delivery times especially during holidays.
Returns/Refunds/Store Credit
We accept returns provided they are unused and still in their original packaging and tags. We do not give refunds, however we will issue a store credit excluding shipping. The credit is valid for 90 days from the date it was issued. You can make a regular purchase in the amount of your credit just refer to it and your old order # in the comment section when you placed your new order. We don't provide store credit for items damaged during shipping or items that has been lost, when we shipped the item, we are not responsible for it.. Purchasing of insurance is recommended. Let us know when you order if you wish to have insurance so we can add it on your purchase.Return packages must be prepaid, we do not accept COD.
