Question:Do you ship anywhere around the continental U.S.A.?
Answer: Yes, we do ship anywhere around the continental U.S.A. We do not however ship outside U.S.A, and we do not take international orders at this time.  We do apologize for this..
 
Question: What are your payment options?
Answer: We accept Paypal Payments, and major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). If you have a Paypal account it's quicker and faster. so you don't have to enter informations that is needed.
 
Question: Do you provide free shipping?
Answer: Yes, we provide free shipping on orders over $500.00 in the continental U.S.A. and we will pay 1/2 shipping on orders over $250.00 in the continental U.S.A only. However this does not apply to some heavy items, as indicated on the products upon purchasing.
 
Question: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at "getyourpetsupplies.com"?
Answer: Yes, all credit orders are processed through a secure server a completely secure merchant account system without anyone ever seeing it and it's directly processed through our account. 
 
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We accept returns for unused items in original packaging, except  for Designer Dog Clothes, because this is specially made.  If you have a return, please contact us, and e-mail your request. We will provide store credit or exchange subject to restocking fee. You will also have to pay for shipping if it's return..sorry about this..So we encourage our customers to please be sure of your orders.And if you have any concerns before you order please don't hesitate to contact us.
